Leading the teardown of significant tech debt for Marqeta's data reporting platforms and services, while uplifting confidence with more thorough testing coverage, monitoring, alerting, and health-mediated deployments.

Designed a new internal system for managing Snowflake resources, and leading a company-wide breakup of data engineering monoliths, permitting 30+ teams across Data Science, Analytics, and Engineering to own their data warehouse resources and pipelines directly.

Led a company-wide migration of over 350 active Snowflake service accounts to a custom AWS KMS-based authentication system.

Led the engineering design and managing the engineering efforts of a data marketplace for Marqeta, allowing internal teams to publish data assets for customer subscription powered by the DiVA API.

Led the Data & Insights team's extensive migration from a Drone-based CI/CD workflow to a custom in-house SDLC workflow, requiring significant collaboration with other internal teams and module development to meet specific data team needs.

Implemented multi-region failover for Marqeta's data reporting API, with additional data segregation in the EU region.

Led the implementation of a rearchitecture for Marqeta's data reporting/analytics API, transparently replacing it with a scalable, serverless infrastructure in AWS.

Developed an internal API for secure encryption/decryption of sensitive row data for use as a Snowflake External Function, providing scalability and security with PCI compliance.

Developed infrastructure to allow migration of critical bank report pipelines from on-prem servers to the AWS cloud.
